What if I forget my password?

Open the app, enter the email you signed up with, and tap the forgotten-password button. Your password is sent to that email address.

Is it live?

Yes. Data goes straight to the dashboard, so an admin can see it as soon as the operator presses confirm.

Can I delete data?

No. Inspections and vehicles cannot be deleted, so the record is always there for an audit. A sold or unused vehicle can be hidden from the dashboard, but its data is retained, not deleted.

Can I backdate an inspection?

No. Each inspection is time- and date-stamped when completed. There is no way to backdate any data.

Can I get the dashboard on my phone?

Yes. It works a little differently but is available on most mobile devices.

Can I create my own QR code?

QR codes are created by the system and the labels are printed by Checkwise admin. If you need a special QR-code label for a vehicle, just ask.

No. It needs a data or wi-fi connection, but it's light on data because only text is transferred.

Can a user work for more than one company?

Yes. A user can be set up for more than one company - close the app before switching companies.
